Administrative Assistant-Technical Services
Responsibilities:

Field Technical Services phone calls from dealers, consumers and distributors needing technical assistance. Route to appropriate technical representative or appropriate dealer or distributor. Assist dealers and distributors with all questions related to the online warranty system (ServiceBench) including log on information, registration issues, crediting questions and functionality questions. Work with ServiceBench to help implement needed changes in functionality.

Manage ServiceBench Customer Maintenance database to ensure all dealer contact and labor rate information is current. Make appropriate additions, changes and deletions as needed.

Plan and coordinate scheduled meetings including Service Seminar, and others as assigned. Act as a liaison between the meeting site and Inc. Prepare all handouts and presentation materials; enhance digital photos as needed in Photoshop.

Make travel arrangement as needed for technical department. Assist Technical Services Director as needed with various administrative functions. Generate requisitions in Oracle for technical department purchase needs.

Back up to Warranty Analyst including running warranty reports, etc. Assist with changes/updates to technical service bulletins and illustrated parts lists.

Coordinate all product recall matters including taking shipment requests from distributors and dealers. Oversee allocations of parts and work with purchasing to ensure adequate amounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates degree or equivalent or the equivalent work experience or combination of education and work experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in use of word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet, photo manipulating and presentation software.
- Proficiency with common office equipment.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2~4 years of office/secretarial experience.
- Strong ability to multi-task
