We know, understand, and depend on independent servicing dealers; NOT big box stores or national chains. No direct sales to mass merchants or national accounts - everything is sold through our distributors and dealers.

This enables us to deliver personalized service and tailor our approach to local conditions. It means dealers are not competing directly with Shindaiwa. In addition, dealers also have an attractive assortment of other products available from their Shindaiwa distributor rather than the possibility of having only one product pushed down your throat with unrealistic demands.
