Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Shindaiwa Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages, loss or injury resulting from: operating products in a manner not outlined in the owner's manual, normal wear and tear; misuse; modifications to or removal of original component parts; neglect or improper adjustments; fuel, oil, operating fuel mix, filters or parts not conforming to manufacturer's specifications; or service by other than authorized Shindaiwa servicing dealers.
This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. Shindaiwa Inc. disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Shindaiwa reserves the right to change the design or specifications of any product without obligation to modify previously produced units.
