Warranty Information
Shindaiwa Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, subject to the periods, limitations and exclusions listed below. The warranties provided herein are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Shindaiwa Inc. will correct any defect in material or workmanship without charge for parts or labor at any authorized Shindaiwa servicing dealer during the covered warranty period.
Limited Lifetime Warranty*
- Major ignition components (transistor unit, ignition coil, exciter coil, and pulser coil) applies to all models for internal failures only.
- Solid drive shafts and flex drive cables for Trimmers, Brushcutters, Multi-Tool System and Tools, Articulated Hedge Trimmer, Pole Pruner, PowerBroom™, and Lawn Edger.
* A Limited Lifetime warranty coverage applies for (parts replacement only, labor excluded) after the applicable warranty period has expired. Failures due to improper maintenance, lack of lubrication or operation of a trimmer without the line cutter are not covered.
