Product Market Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing product life-cycle review and analysis.
  • Manage research, implementation, and performance review of regional pricing strategy.
  • Conduct regular market analysis for new product opportunities.
  • Manage long term strategic product development plan
  • Manage product development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience preferably in outdoor power equipment or related industries.
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, general business or equivalent work experience. MBA with international marketing focus preferred.
  • Ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic business relationships with customers across multiple cultures.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to individuals or large groups, communicating complex information clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive work relationships internally across multiple departments and functions.
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly comprehend, manage, and complete tasks with positive outcomes.
  • Efficient and accurate in forecasting, budgeting, planning, scheduling, executing, and reporting results.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and create clear assessments of industry and departmental opportunities and goals.
  • Temperament for and willingness to follow up quickly on all concerns – external and internal.
  • Ability to manage heavy workload and business travel, as well as work efficiently while traveling.
  • Ability to use electronic/computer business systems, software applications, and tools.
